About: Power In Motion:

Environment:
Power In Motion is located at 1133 Broadway in the St. James building. Our boutique studio offers complete privacy for your Pilates lessons in a clean and peaceful environment.  Changing area available. 

Apparatus:
The studio is fully equipped with brand new equipment from Peak Pilates and Balanced Body, the two premiere manufacturers of Pilates equipment. Our apparatus includes a Reformer, a Cadillac, a Wunda Chair, Trapeze, and more.  Additional props are plentiful.

Hours of operation:
Monday – Friday: 8am-8:30pm
Saturday: 9am – 3pm
